If the difference is worth it, say yes and we handle everything. If it is not, say no — asking costs nothing and there is no obligation of any kind.
Why small parcels work so well
Most cross-border price differences are not worth chasing in a container. They are worth chasing in a parcel — and that is exactly what most individual buyers actually need.
Air express, door to door
Roughly 5–12 days for most destinations on small-package air express, tracked end to end.
No container required
Below about 100 kg, a courier parcel usually beats sea freight on total cost once clearance and handling are counted.
Duty often does not apply
Many countries exempt low-value shipments from duty, though the thresholds and the VAT rules differ and change. We tell you what applies to your shipment and country rather than assuming.

Single-unit orders are normal here, not an exception we tolerate.
What we compare, and what we do not
A landed price is only honest if you can see what is in it. Some things are always included, and some are not — better to say so up front than to surprise you later.
Included in every quote:
- The goods at the price we actually pay in China
- Our sourcing fee, stated as its own line
- Freight to your address
- Customs duty and clearance where we act on your behalf
Not included unless stated:
- Your country’s VAT or sales tax, where it is collected from you directly at import
- Return shipping if you change your mind about the product itself
- Anything we have flagged as needing a compliance step, such as certification for regulated goods
What it costs to ask
Asking is free, and there is no obligation to buy. If you go ahead, our fee is a stated percentage of the goods value shown as its own line on the quote — not hidden inside the unit price. You see the factory price. Standard sourcing commission starts at 5% on larger orders and is 10% on typical small ones; a one-off parcel to an individual is normally at the small-order end, and the exact figure is on the quote before you commit to anything.
Questions individual buyers ask
Do I need to be a business to use this?
No. Individuals are the main users of this service. There is no company field to fill in, no VAT number, no minimum order and no account. You need an email address and a description of what you want.
What if I only want one item?
That is the normal case, not a problem. Single-unit parcels are most of what we ship. The per-unit price is naturally higher than at volume, because freight and handling are spread across one item rather than hundreds — and we show that arithmetic rather than hiding it.
Can I just send a screenshot without explaining anything?
Yes, and a screenshot is often better than a description. A listing image shows the product, the variant and frequently the local price. We will come back with questions if something essential is genuinely missing, but you do not need to prepare anything.
Is it actually cheaper, or is this a lot of effort for nothing?
It depends entirely on the item, and we will tell you when it is not worth it. Some categories carry a large price gap between a local retail listing and the same goods sourced and delivered from China; others are already near the floor because the local seller is importing at scale with better freight rates than a single parcel can get. When the gap does not clear the freight, we say so. A no from this desk saves you money.
How do I pay, as an individual?
Bank transfer, Wise, or a card for smaller amounts. Most individual orders are small enough that a card is practical. You receive an invoice for every payment, and nothing is charged until you have seen a quote and accepted it.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
For a single parcel, send photographs within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging. We pursue the claim with the carrier or the supplier on your behalf. For low-value single items, the practical outcome is often a replacement or a credit rather than a return shipment, because shipping an item back to China frequently costs more than the item.
