Privacy notice

Short version: we collect what is needed to quote your order, we use it for that, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

  • What you submit: the product or service description, specification, quantity, target date, destination, reference files you upload, your name, company, email, phone and messaging handle.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser user-agent string and the time of submission, used to prevent spam and abuse.

What we do with it

  • Prepare and send you a quote, and answer your questions.
  • Share the minimum necessary specification with candidate suppliers in China so they can price the work. Your contact details are not shared with them unless you ask us to connect you directly.
  • Arrange freight, inspection, certification or clearance where you have asked us to, which requires passing the relevant details to those providers.
  • Keep a record of the transaction for accounting and legal purposes.

Reference files and confidentiality

Drawings, samples and product files are used to quote and execute your order. If your design is sensitive, say so in the request and we will treat it as confidential and offer a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sharing it further. We do not publish or resell your files.

Retention

  • Requests that do not become orders: kept for up to 24 months so that a later follow-up still has context, then deleted on request or on schedule.
  • Requests that become orders: transaction records are kept as long as accounting and customs rules require.
  • Uploaded files are deleted on request at any time.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it, unless we are legally obliged to retain a transaction record.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you — one email is enough, no forms.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics scripts. Your form progress is held in the page itself and is not transmitted until you press send.
