Straight answers before you send anything
What can you actually source from China?
Any lawful product that can be manufactured or traded there — which in practice means almost everything: consumer goods, industrial components, spare parts for discontinued machines, custom tooling and moulds, packaging, textiles, electronics, furniture, chemicals. We also handle services: sampling, third-party inspection, certification, labelling and export documentation.
Do I need to register an account?
No. There is no account, no login and no dashboard. You fill in one form, you get a case reference, and a human replies by email or WhatsApp. That is the whole interaction.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not impose one. We will quote a single evaluation sample, a 50-piece trial run or a full 40ft container. Factories do have their own minimums, and negotiating those down is part of what we do.
How much do you charge?
Quoting is free and there is no obligation. When you accept a quote, our fee is built into the landed price and shown line by line: goods cost, procurement commission from 5%, freight, duty and clearance. You see the breakdown rather than a single unexplained number.
Can you make a product from my drawing, photo or sample?
Yes — that is most of what we do. Upload a sketch, a CAD file, a competitor photo or a physical sample. We identify suitable factories, agree tooling and unit cost, produce a pre-production sample for your approval, then run production.
What does the price you quote include?
By default we quote delivered to your door (DDP): ex-works goods cost, export packing, freight, insurance, customs duty and import VAT for your destination, plus clearance. If you prefer to arrange your own freight, we quote ex-works instead.
Who is responsible for customs and duties?
We are, on a DDP quote, which is why we quote a landed price rather than an FOB number that leaves you guessing. You receive the commercial invoice, packing list and the HS classification we used.
How do I pay, and when?
Bank transfer, Wise, or card for smaller orders. Typical terms are 30–50% deposit to start production and the balance before shipment, with inspection evidence sent before the balance is due.
How long does it take?
Sourcing and quoting: 24 hours to a few days. Sampling: roughly 7–15 days plus shipping. Production: 15–40 days for most goods. Freight: 3–7 days by air express, 25–45 days by sea. You get a written schedule with the quote.
What if the goods arrive wrong or damaged?
We inspect before shipment and send you photo evidence. If goods still arrive outside the agreed specification, we raise it with the factory and pursue repair, replacement or credit. Independent third-party inspection is available for a fixed fee.
Can you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, with the most experience into the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, the UAE, Brazil and Mexico. Restricted or heavily regulated destinations are reviewed case by case before we quote.
Do you handle brand labelling and private label?
Yes. Custom logos, printed packaging, retail-ready labelling, barcodes, instruction inserts and compliance marks for your market are all standard requests. Send the artwork or let us quote design and packaging together.
