One number, and the arithmetic behind it

Most sourcing quotes are a single figure with no explanation, which is exactly why people do not trust them. We quote a landed price and show the components, so you can see where the money goes and challenge any line of it.

Commission, not mark-up

We buy at factory cost and charge a stated commission on top. You see the factory price.

Freight at cost

Freight is booked at the rate we are charged and shown as its own line. When rates fall, your quote falls.

Standalone services, if you only want part of the job

Not every enquiry needs a full import. If you want research, a sample or a verification and nothing else, these are fixed-fee services you can buy on their own. Any fee you pay here is credited against the production order when you place one within 90 days.

Supplier research report	USD 120 · 3 working days	Five to eight candidate suppliers in the category you name, with business-licence status, whether each is a factory or a trading company, indicative unit prices, MOQ and lead time, delivered as a written comparison table.
Deep supplier vetting	USD 350–600 · 5–7 working days	Everything in the research report plus licence and litigation checks, an on-site or video facility review, equipment and capacity assessment, and an honest recommendation on which supplier to use and which to avoid.
Sample sourcing and shipping	USD 90 service fee + sample cost + courier	We order, receive, photograph and repack a sample and ship it to you by air express, so you can hold the product before committing to a production order.
Third-party pre-shipment inspection	USD 100–350 per inspection day	An independent agency inspects quantity, workmanship, function and packing against the approved sample, and issues a written report with photographs before you release the balance payment.
Certification and compliance management	Quoted per item	CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, FDA and UKCA routes managed end to end with an accredited laboratory, including test-sample preparation, documentation and label artwork. Lab fees are passed through at cost.
Freight and DDP delivery	At cost + USD 60 documentation fee	Booking, consolidation, export documents, HS classification, duty and VAT calculation, customs clearance and final delivery to your address, quoted as one landed price.
Sourcing research (custom brief)	USD 250–800 per brief	For an unusual or hard-to-find requirement: a written feasibility study covering whether it can be made, which process suits it, indicative tooling and unit cost at your volume, and a list of credible suppliers.

Service fees are payable before the work starts and are non-refundable, because they pay for time rather than goods. They are credited in full against your production order if you place one within 90 days.
