Send a drawing, a 3D file, a photo of a broken part or a sketch on paper. We identify factories that can make it, agree tooling and unit cost, produce a sample for your approval, then run production. Tooling belongs to you.
You do not need a finished specification
A sketch, an existing sample or even a description of what the part must do is enough to start. We turn it into something a factory can quote, and we tell you which details actually change the price.
The right process, not the first one quoted
Injection moulding, CNC machining, die casting, stamping, extrusion, sheet metal, silicone, sewing or 3D printing — chosen against your volume. Moulding a 200-piece run is usually a mistake, and we will say so.
Sample before mass production
A pre-production sample is shipped to you for written approval before the run starts. Changes at sample stage cost a courier fee; changes after tooling cost a new tool.
Tooling you own
Mould and tool cost is quoted as its own line and the tool remains your property. We state that in writing and will arrange transfer or return on request.
Realistic quantities
We quote 50-piece trial runs and 50,000-piece production runs. If a factory will not go below its minimum, we find another one or explain the price step honestly.
Compliance built into the brief
Where the product will be sold determines certification. Deciding that before tooling is cut is dramatically cheaper than discovering it afterwards.

What files should I send for a custom part?
Ideally a STEP or STL file for a 3D part, or a dimensioned drawing as PDF, DWG or DXF. If none of those exist, a photograph with a ruler in frame plus the critical dimensions written down is enough for a first quote. For textile or soft goods, a technical sketch or an existing sample.
How much does tooling cost?
A small silicone or urethane mould can be a few hundred US dollars. A simple injection mould is typically USD 1,500–5,000. A large or complex mould with multiple cavities and slides can exceed USD 20,000. The dominant factors are part size, complexity, cavity count and steel grade, and we quote it as a separate line so you can see exactly what it buys.
What is the smallest custom run you will handle?
We have quoted single evaluation samples and 20-piece trial runs. Below a certain quantity the per-unit price becomes dominated by set-up rather than material, and we will show you the arithmetic so you can decide whether a trial run or a full first production run is the better value.
Who owns the tool once it is made?
You do, provided it is paid for. That is stated in writing on the quote, and we hold it at the factory on your behalf. If you ever want to move production to another factory, we arrange the transfer.
Can you reverse-engineer a part I can no longer buy?
Yes, this is one of the most common requests we get. Send the worn original or accurate measurements. We will have the geometry drawn, confirm the material grade against the application, and produce samples before committing to a production run.
