Paying, and what happens if something is wrong
No deposit before you have seen a price, and a workable answer when an item arrives damaged.
Quoting is free. Nothing is charged until you have seen a delivered price and accepted it, so there is no risk in asking.
Payment is by bank transfer, Wise, or card for smaller amounts. Most individual orders are small enough that a card is the practical option. You get an invoice for every payment.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, send photographs within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging. We take it up with the courier or the supplier on your behalf.
Being realistic about low-value single items: sending something back to China often costs more than the item itself. The practical remedy is usually a replacement or a credit rather than a return, and we will say which one applies before you decide what to do.
پرسشهای خریداران شخصی
Is my money at risk if I pay before the goods arrive?
For a single low-value item, the exposure is the price of that item, and we keep it that way deliberately. For anything larger we use staged payments against inspection evidence — deposit to start, balance once you have seen photographs and measurements. Where the amount is small, we will often accept payment on delivery instead.
What if I simply change my mind?
Before you approve a quote, nothing is owed. After production or dispatch has begun, what can be recovered depends on what the supplier has already committed — for a stock item that is usually little, for a custom item it can be nothing. Tell us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what is recoverable.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment, with our fee shown as its own line rather than folded into the goods price. If you need it addressed to a company for accounting, say so and we will.
