How your parcel gets to you
Where the parcel enters your country, who clears it, and what you pay at the door.
Most single items come by air express, door to door, in roughly 5–12 days depending on the destination and the courier. The parcel is tracked the whole way.
On a delivered-price quote we arrange the carriage and, where your country allows it, we handle clearance as well. That is why you get one number instead of an invoice you then have to add costs to.
Where a country requires the importer of record to be you — which some do, and which can be unavoidable for private individuals — we say so before you pay, and we prepare the paperwork so the clearance is a formality rather than a surprise.
Duty and import VAT treatment depends entirely on your country and the value of the shipment. Many countries exempt low-value shipments from duty, and many apply VAT regardless. The thresholds differ, they change, and we check the current rule for your destination rather than assuming.

Will I get a customs bill I did not expect?
Not from us. On a delivered-price quote the duty and clearance we can cover are inside the number you approved. What we cannot always cover is VAT or sales tax that your country collects directly from the recipient at import — so the quote says explicitly when that applies to you. If a charge arrives that we did not warn you about, tell us: that is a mistake on our side and we will deal with it.
Can I track it?
Yes. You get a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch, and it works on the courier’s own site.
What if I am not home for delivery?
Couriers normally attempt delivery and leave a card or a message, then hold the parcel at a local depot or reattempt. Tell us the best delivery address in the first place — a workplace is often easier than a home address for exactly this reason.
